Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips; dust with flour and pepper.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter or margarine.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth; cover and cook about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Stir now and then. Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Serve over 3 cups cooked noodles.
    Serves 4.
