Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots, cooked, washed and diced or 2 cans diced
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 pinch baking soda
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Lightly oil 6-cup mold.
    Mix ingredients and pour into mold. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Unmold on platter.
