Holiday Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    2 lbs. fresh or frozen carrots
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain.
    Mix soup, oil, and sugar.
    Slice peppers and onions and add to soup mixture.
    Pour over carrots.
    Cover and let marinate over night.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8-10.
