Mom'S Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. beets
    3/4 c. beet juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix together beet juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
    Pour over beets and cook for 2 1/2 minutes on High in microwave.
