Savory Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon)
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Spread cheese in dish and dot with butter.
    Combine cream, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Pour 1/2 mixture over cheese.
    Pour in eggs. Add remaining cream mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    May add mushrooms, ham, broccoli, bacon, etc.
    Serves 6.
