Chili Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, cubed
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans chilies (mild)
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. cooked sausage, drained well
Preparation
    Cube bread and put in large skillet with at least 1 stick oleo, more if needed.
    Brown bread, take out and cook your sausage until done and drain it very well.
    Beat your eggs well; add green chilies, salt and pepper; mix in cooked sausage and saute bread. Add milk.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch cake pan and put grated cheese on top and let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning, bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
