Salmon Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooking apple
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans Chicken of the Sea brand pink salmon, drained
    1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix (dry)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine rice and apples in a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Place broccoli spears in a single layer over top of rice.
    Spoon salmon over broccoli. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
    Pour over salmon.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Contains less than 300 calories per serving.
