Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. crumbled cheese crackers
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water according to package instructions until broccoli is almost done; drain well.
    Blend all ingredients except cheese crackers.
    Fold in broccoli.
    Spoon into buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed cheese crackers. Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
