Quick Macaroni Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 to 1 lb. leftover meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. noodles or thin macaroni
Preparation
    Brown onion, garlic and celery in hot fat.
    Add meat; brown lightly.
    Add all remaining ingredients (except macaroni).
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Place on platter and pour sauce over macaroni.
    Use Parmesan cheese, if desired, over all.
