Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box raisins
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cook raisins with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes.
    Do not drain.
    Use it all.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
    May be iced with your favorite vanilla frosting.
