"No Fat" Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    4 cans mixed vegetables
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. dried onion flakes
    3 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
    3 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 to 2 tsp. spicy Mrs. Dash
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Place in large soup kettle.
    Cover with water and add onion flakes and bouillon granules.
    Simmer until potatoes are beginning to be done.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until potatoes are done.
    Serve with fat free crackers or fat free corn chips.
