Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced apples

Preparation

Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Beat in flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Put in oblong pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
