Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked (still frozen) pie shells
    coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar.
    Beat well and add butter, flour, buttermilk and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle coconut over pies about 5 minutes before removing from oven.
