Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    5 to 6 red or green peppers, chopped
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. pickling spices
    water
    1 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Use enough water to cover vegetables.
    Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are still crisp.
    Drain off liquid. Cover with 1 bottle Italian dressing.
    Blanch 1 pound fresh mushrooms.
    Add to vegetable mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Will keep for days.
