Chicken Diable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    4 Tbsp. oleo (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces; pat dry.
    Remove skin, if you wish.
    Melt oleo in shallow baking pan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat both sides, then arrange meaty side up in a single layer in same pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; can turn halfway through.
