Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. apple pie spice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well and pour into a greased loaf or sheet cake pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0 or until done.
