Garden Lasagna Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 egg, beaten (optional)
    1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add garlic and onions until onions are clear.
    Add next 7 ingredients, followed by next three. Mix well.
    Add spaghetti sauce and 1 can tomato paste.
    Let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before adding beaten egg.
    Use as sauce for lasagna.
