Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in flour mixture and arrange in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and cover with soup, 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
