Richard'S Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, sliced thin
    1/4 c. water or white wine
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms clean.
    Leave whole but remove stems (which you can use for soup).
    Lightly oil the bottom of a pan or skillet. Put garlic in bottom of pan; add mushrooms, water or wine and pepper.
    Cover pan.
    Stir frequently, cooking about 5 minutes. Yield:
    4 servings.
