Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts
    2 cans Italian tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bake chicken, covered, 15 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven. Drain.
    Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano.
    Cook until sauce is thickened.
    Pour over chicken and top with cheese.
    Bake for 5 minutes, uncovered.
