Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean sausage
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    4 oz. mushroom pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain and cool. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard and beat again.
    Add bread and stir until it softens.
    Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand for a few minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
