Squash Casserole(Even Kids Love This!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. squash (fresh or frozen)
1 grated carrot
1 large onion, diced
2 Tbsp. pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1/2 pt. sour cream or cottage cheese
salt and pepper
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Parboil squash and drain liquid.
Mix all ingredients except squash and stuffing mix.
Put a layer of stuffing mix in large baking dish, layer of squash, layer of mixed ingredients and sprinkle layer of cheese.
Repeat layers and end with stuffing mix and cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
