No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Baker's coconut
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add melted butter, milk, coconut and vanilla.
    Grease 10-inch pie plate lightly and coat with corn meal.
    Pour mixture into pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
