Lumpia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. chopped onion
3 cans bean sprouts (optional)
2 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
salt and pepper to taste
garlic to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onion; add pork and beef.
Cook until brown.
Add all the vegetables until tender.
Add seasonings.
Simmer approximately 10 minutes.
Drain.
Wrap in wong tong wrappers. Seal with water.
Deep fry.
Serve with Sweet/Sour Sauce.
Serves approximately 35.
