Crumb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts, cut in halves, skinned and boned (makes 12 to 16 pieces of chicken)
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed (substitute garlic salt)
    1 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix
    crumbs,
    parsley,
    cheese,
    garlic
    salt, salt and pepper.
    Dip
    each
    piece
    of
    chicken in melted margarine and then crumbs.
    Arrange in open shallow pan.
    Pour any remaining margarine over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not turn chicken while baking.
    This can be made in advance and frozen. To cook, thaw completely and cook as directed.
