Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Pet milk
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion together.
    Drain and add soups, can of milk and enchilada sauce until creamy.
    In a large pan, tear tortillas in quarters, making a layer in bottom of pan.
    Add half of meat sauce on top, then Velveeta cheese.
    Make 2 layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
