They'Re A Cinch! Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth.
    Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
