Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipping cream
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
9 inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

Add sugar and vanilla to cream.
Blend.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Put in freezer until frozen around edges.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Pour into crust.
Top with a few cracker crumbs.
Keep frozen until ready to serve.
