Multi-Grain Pancake Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh fruit, blend or frozen fruit
    1/2 c. apple juice
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
Preparation
    Blend fruit and juice in blender until smooth.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Mix water and arrowroot until smooth and add to fruit; simmer 2 more minutes or until thick.
    Cool and serve.
    Bananas do not work well in syrup.
