Eggless Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. butter or shortening
    2 1/2 c. flour
    spice to taste
Preparation
    Boil raisins in 2 cups of water until you have one cup of juice left, then mix your cake with the one cup of raisins and juice.
    Add nuts.
    Bake very slow to prevent burning at 350\u00b0.
