Baked Haddock Filets With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. haddock filets
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1/8 lb. or 2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 large bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Season filets with salt and pepper.
    Stir all but filets well. Spread over filets in buttered, shallow dish.
    Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and fish flakes.
