Pineapple Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. ladyfingers
    1 pt. all-purpose cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    20 or 21 oz. can pineapple pie filling
Preparation
    Line spring-form pan (bottom and sides) with ladyfingers. Beat together sugar and cream cheese.
    Whip the cream until stiff; fold into cream cheese.
    Alternate layers of cream cheese and pineapple, ending with pineapple.
    Reserve 1 heaping spoonful of cream cheese to dollop on top.
    Refrigerate.
