Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.
    Stir in flour and sugar until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time with an electric beater until smooth.
    Drop 1/4 cupfuls of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove immediately to cool.
