Peach Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes, mashed
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of ground cloves
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 (29 oz.) can peach halves, drained
Preparation

Measure 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes.
Combine potatoes and the next 5 ingredients; stir until well mixed.
Spoon mixture into peach halves.
Put in baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until heated.
Top with miniature marshmallows and leave in oven long enough to melt.
