Ingredients

2 3/4 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. self-rising flour
5 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. cream (can)
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Use a large frying pan.
Pour
2 3/4 cups of water into frying pan; bring to a boil.
Add sugar.
Add salt.
Combine in a glass and stir until soupy the flour, cocoa and 1/2 cup of hot water. Pour into boiling water in pan; stir.
Add vanilla flavoring and 1/2 stick butter.
Stir.
Sop with homemade biscuits.
