Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (original)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped green onion (optional)
    1 large grated carrot
    1/2 c. fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. fresh cauliflower
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Unroll crescent rolls on a 17 x 11 1/2-inch baking sheet.
    Press to make 2 sheets of dough (side by side).
    Bake 10 minutes and cool.
