Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soft margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. quick cook oats, uncooked
Preparation
    Cream together brown sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
    Mix in oats and raisins.
    Divide dough into 3 or 4 batches and shape into a roll on wax paper.
    Roll up and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Slice and bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool and remove from baking sheet.
    Rolls of dough can be frozen until ready to use.
