Hopkins County Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked
    1 or 2 onions
    8 to 10 potatoes
    4 cans V-8 juice
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cans creamed corn
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in 3 cans V-8 juice and chili powder.
    Bring chicken stock to boil and add chicken, V-8 juice, potatoes and onions.
    Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Add corn, salt, pepper and sugar.
