Butterhorns(Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. warm milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted and divided
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter as for pie crust; set aside. Dissolve yeast in water. Add egg with milk to the flour mixture; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
