Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box cheese (Velveeta)
    1 lb. spicy sausage
    1 stick real butter
    1 can Ro-Tel peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain; set aside.
    In the crock-pot, place 1 stick butter and break into pieces the Velveeta cheese.
    Add Ro-Tel and cover.
    Cook on high and stir frequently until melted.
    Add the browned sausage.
    Stir and keep warm.
    Enjoy with tortilla chips or raw veggies.
