Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg yolks
    1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks, Crisco and vanilla.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans.
    Beat until frosting is thick.
    Cool 15 minutes.
