Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plums, chopped
    1 c. peaches, sliced
    1 c. pears, chopped
    1 c. kiwi fruit, sliced
    1 c. raspberries
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. white wine or cooking sherry
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Butter medium sized casserole dish and arrange fruit in layers.
    Combine butter, sugar, flour and sherry in double boiler. Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
    Pour over fruit. Top with
    pecans; cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Before serving, heat in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 6 servings.
