Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet potatoes (1 for each guest)
butter to taste
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
marshmallows
honey to cover
1/4 c. red hots
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cook sweet potatoes until tender.
Drain off water.
Put in casserole dish.
Add butter.
Mix sugars with spices.
Pour over.
Add honey.
Top with red hots.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
