Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 can chicken broth
10 oz. beer
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Cook in saucepan the butter and flour.
Add the chicken broth and beer and cook until thick.
Add milk.
Cook and stir.
Add Cheez Whiz and blend.
Stir over medium heat until cooked through. Serves 4.
