Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 box chopped frozen broccoli, drained (or 2 c. fresh, blanched)

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients, then add the rest.
Put in well greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
Lower temperature if getting too brown.
