6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran flakes (7 c.)
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flakes, sugar, flour, salt and soda in large bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Batter will keep in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
