Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell, baked
3/4 lb. pork sausage or bacon
1/2 c. onion
1 c. tomato
1/3 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. half and half or evaporated milk
Preparation

Brown sausage or bacon, drain.
Cook onions and green pepper until crisp-tender, add to meat.
Spoon into pie shell.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Beat eggs until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
