Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and milk.
Beat until smooth. Spread immediately on eclairs.
Yields about 1 cup.
