Blushing Pears(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can juice packed pear halves, drained (juice reserved)
    1/2 c. red Concord wine
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
Preparation
    Arrange pears in 4 individual stemmed glasses.
    Combine pear juice with remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until reduced by half. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
    Pour liquid over pears. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
