Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 to 1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 to 1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in shredded zucchini.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
